From a ravers point of view, I always have the best times when the DJ has a feel for the situation (maybe no hardstyle to warm up), takes you on a musical journey (no wanna hear the same beat for 3 hours) and knows his handcraft in terms of mixing skills, finding the right energy levels and handling a big sound system. Q: What makes a DJ set standout from the rest? This is the playground, where I can try out new music or technology will always get this family feeling. It has constantly been developed further in the past years and became my favorite place. Small, raw and dark but still cozy and inviting. The club has a very special Frankfurt vibe. At the moment, I feel most comfortable at my homebase club in Frankfurt called FREUD. Q: What's your favorite venue and why does it stand out from the rest? When it comes to new hardware, I also see many of the most exciting developments in the combination of both worlds. Especially in terms of mixing and finalization, I am entirely digital now. I love my analog gear and it's a vital factor why my productions sound the way they do, but VST´s have made a massive development over the past years in sound.
